You can check the status of your order on My Account page
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail and WhatsApp.
Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via WhatsApp.
Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping date to get activated.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
Since our website is not a marketplace and all the products we sell are manufactured by us. We conduct quality checks before we send out a product to you so you get the best with every order you place.
So, it may take anywhere between 4 to 5 working days before the shipment goes out from our warehouse.
If this is not the case then please share your query in detail along with the order id number. Our customer care executive will work on your query. We will get back to you in the next 24 hours.

E-mail confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail id.

Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.
If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.
If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception team.
If you think that isn’t the case, please reach out to us via registered email id along with the order details.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please cancel the existing order and place a new order to change the delivery address.
You can change the phone number before the order shipped. Once the order shipped, you cannot the change the number for that order. To change the phone number for the order write to us at care@davian.in from your registered email id along with updated phone number and order details.
If the amount has been deducted from your bank or card, don’t worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days.
Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

We currently do not accept payment via international cards.
Davian employees will never ask for your credentials like Davian password, OTP, Credit/Debit card expiry and CVV or any other confidential information except for your name, address, e-mail id and mobile number.
Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders with a maximum value of Rs. 3000. To pay for any order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the Cash On Delivery option on the payment page. The cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes/on selected products.
COD charges are levied on orders placed on COD mode for all customers. The charges will reflect in the order invoice. Davian reserves the right to determine the COD charges.
COD charges are non-refundable however the same can be refunded only in the case of Davian attributed concerns.
Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within two hour after your order is confirmed. After 2 hour, cancellation will not be possible.
We start making progress within a few hours of your order. Incase for unforeseen circumstances, you want to cancel your in-processing order, write to care@davian.in with your complete order number.
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products.
Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
We do not accept returns for innerwear, cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns.
We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
If your order has just been delivered, please allow 24 hours post-delivery for the order status to get updated. Once the order status is updated, the return button will be visible on the order page.
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products.
Please note we don’t accept returns Products which are marked FINAL SALE.
Generally, we take 3-4 working days to pick up your order. Please ensure while returning the product , it should be in original condition and the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. If it has been longer, please reach out to us at care@davian.in.
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 3-5 days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines, post quality checks:
i. Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes.
ii. NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
iii. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
You can exchange most of your orders within 10 days of order delivery.
Exchange can be processed only for size-related concerns or/and damaged products. You may request an exchange for an order only once.
You may return the exchanged product if required.
The item to be exchanged will be picked up at the time of delivery of the exchange order.
All items to be exchanged must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
i. You can apply for an exchange for your order within 10 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.
ii. Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
iii. If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the WhatsApp or email us on care@davian.in.
iv. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and we will not be able to gift wrap any exchanges requested.
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

Please write to us at care@davian.in, and our customer care executive will help you resolve this.
Go to My profile and click on Change Mobile number (You can find this option below the phone number field). Click on GET OTP and an OTP will be sent to you registered email id. Submit the OTP and your phone number will be updated.
By this mode, the phone number will be updated only in your profile and not on existing orders.
